1) inviting, hospitality, flexibility, transparency, supportive
2) The mission or direction from the resolution seems fine, i.e. responsible
for diversity and inclusion matters, including but not limited to strategic
planning, providing a framework and tools to support diversity and inclusion
initiatives, and advising communities on matters related to diversity and
inclusion.
An actionable item I would like to work on is to improve our representation by
artists
