All, if you read below and search and replace Bertrand's statement about iot and you'll have the exact issue I was describing about what is the specific plan for getting the word out to our projects. In short, it's very hard so don't just assume it can be done easily, quickly and often.

Whereas a single tech@ list would have been announced just once, and then people can invent as many [topics] and [subtopics] as needed, on the fly.
