This task is to track the Development of an Apache Diversity and Inclusion
Website.
A Web site that can be hosted on diversity.apache.com or any appropriate domain.
We will need to discuss about the UI/UX design of the site, Dev Stack, Content
and volunteers who will do this. Or we might outsource this to an external
entity.
