Hi folks, Bitergia is the selected vendor to work with. They have submitted an
initial statement of work and I will refine it before presenting it to the
committee here.
Additionally the statement of work will include this research, and also the
contributor survey, so I'll close this issue and will provide updates in the
survey one.
