I created this new Diversity & Inclusion - Board Reports <https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=127405612> October https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=132322195 it includes only the updated information regarding Outreachy and part of Survey revamp but it needs to be updated in the parts that are missing (UX research, Bitergia agreements, etc).
