Description:
The main purpose of this survey is to gather feedback from all existing ASF
contributors about the current level of diversity and inclusion, including
education, age, socio-economic status, and gender.
The working document is available at

Feedback expectations:
* Initial requirements: Please remember that this survey is designed to take
between 15 and 20 minutes with up to 20 or 22 questions.
* Deadline: Feedback is welcome until Friday Oct. 18th, anywhere on Earth (AoE)
* Format: The expected format of the feedback is by comments in the working
document. There is an alternative that is directly suggesting changes to the
text, however this procedure is not recommended because the text becomes
difficult to comprehend with increasing numbers of unmerged suggestions. If you
would like to propose an alternative wording (e.g., totally change the way a
question is worded), please use the comments for this.
* Context: If you think we're missing an important topic, that we have not
considered any specific detail or any other consideration, please leave this
specified as a comment in a place that seems most relevant to you. This may
affect any of the main areas of the survey and be a higher level discussion.
