I like using timeanddate.com, because it's easy to send a link to a specific time, with an optional duration and event name, and everybody can automatically convert to their local by following the link: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/fixedtime.html?msg=My+Awesome+Event&iso=20191031T1530
