The plan is to advertise the survey in several channels and to allow anyone to 
respond.

Tricky. If we share one link on social media, then everyone using that same 
link expects to take the survey. We cannot prevent anyone from taking the 
survey again. I do not like to add a separate step of requesting to participate 
and then us manually sending out personalized invites.

All responses are anonymous. LimeSurvey does not connect survey replies with 
the person who responded. 
The only way to know who responded is if they provide their email address for 
the gift card or to be contacted for a follow-up interview. We will separate 
that data before sharing it, of course.
