For the record, I just spent 20 minutes "ignoring" the bylaws section of the 
www-site clc scan. Every one of them was one of:

2002 bylaws (obsolete)
2021 changes e.g. s/he/they/
2021 bylaws Amendment II (highlighting differences made explicitly for the 
purpose of diversity)

I hope I do not need to do this again.
