*Preconditions:*
Two users have environments on one SSN
*Steps to reproduce:*
1. Run preparation playbook for Jupyter by user1 using personal bucket user2
2. Run visualization playbook for Jupyter by user1 using personal bucket user2
*Actual result:*
User1 is able to read/write from/to personal bucket user2
*Expected result:*
It is forbidden for user1 to read/write from/to personal bucket user2
