Summary: Copy all relevant logs to a single persistent place

As a user I want automatically to have a copy of relevant logs (computational
resources) to a single persistent place so that I do not have to copy logs by
manually.
*Acceptance criteria:*
# computational resources logs are copied automatically
_***Spark and Yarn ones. As now they are lost upon cluster shutdown, while
often being indispensable for later troubleshooting, so we had to copy them to
S3 manually._
_If programmatic shutdown gets implemented, you may want to provide parameters
to govern saving logs as well._
