As a user I want to have SSO on DLAB for GCP, so that I would like to login to
DLab through it.
*Acceptance criteria:*
1. there are two buttons on login page: 'Login' and ''Login with GCP'
2. if user enters username and password he should choose 'Login' button. After
clicking login button after that user is logged in DLab
3. if user does not enter username and password he should choose 'Login with
GCP' button after that user is logged in DLab
