As a user I want to have possibility to create TensorFlow and DeepLearning on
MS Azure [RedHat].
*Acceptance criteria:*
1. there is a TensorFlow template in drop down list on Data Engine creation
popup
2. there is a DeepLearning template in drop down list on Data Engine creation
popup
3. user can successfully create TensorFlow
4. user can successfully create DeepLearning
