As a user I want to delete notebook custom image so that it gives opportunities
to delete snapshots by automatically after notebook termination.
*Acceptance criteria:*
# on main Dlab menu it should be new page for deleting custom image
# user can choose existed custom image for deleting from drop down list
# after confirmation of custom image deleting a shosen custom image is deleted
and is not available
