As a user I want to have a possibility to do file manipulations ((pre)view,
upload and modify) on notebook via WEB UI so that I can quickly and more
convenient do this actions.
*Acceptance criteria:*
1. there is a 'files manager' button on action menu per notebook
2. user can copy file in files manager
3. user can paste file in files manager
4. user can delete file in files manager
5. user can rename file in files manager
6. user can extract file in files manager
7. user can create directory in files manager
8. user can create file in files manager
9. user can edit file in files manager
10. user can upload file(s) in files manage
