*Preconditions:*
# environment is created
# user is not allowed to create computetional resources
# notebook is created
*Steps to reproduce:*
# Go to 'resources list' page
# Click action menu for notebook
# Choose 'add compute'
*Actual result:*
Appears popup and it is impossible to close it
*Expected result:*
'Add compute' button is absent
