1. Go to "Environment health status" page
*Actual result:*
1. Buttons ("Manage roles", "SSN", "Backup", "Manage environment") for
executing administration actions are absent
2. "Environment management" page is absent in main menu
*Expected eresult:*
1. Buttons ("Manage roles", "SSN", "Backup", "Manage environment") for
executing administration actions are present
2. "Environment management" page is present in main menu
