As a user I want to have autofocus on "Cluster configuration template, JSON"
text box if I check off "custer configuration" check box
*Acceptance criteria:*
1. if user checks off "custer configuration" check box a scrollbar goes down by
automatically in front of "Cluster configuration template, JSON" text box
