Dear mentors, DLab team has lots of questions and we'd like to setup some bi-weekly calls with you during first state of oncubation process. Is this possible?
First of all: 1. Not all members have Apache ID's 2. We need to start updating this page: https://incubator.apache.org/projects/dlab.html but none of us have permissions (please see ticket for INFRA project: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-17744) 3. Voting for first release. How many votes do we have? 4. How should we start building the community (long term) 5. Mailing lists, we are a bit confused on which ones to use [email protected] OR [email protected] Please let me know how we can communicate. Thanks. Whole team submitted icla.pdf and icla.pdf.asc, but only for some of us Apache ID were created. Following users still don’t have Apache ID account: * Andriana Kovalyshyn * Bohdan Hliva * Demyan Mysakovets * Yevhen Hrabovskyi Could you please let us know if there is anything else the above DLab members should supply to have Apache ID created?
