Description:
The bug was found on *Azure(RedHat)*. This bug reproduces if create notebook
from custom image which (the last) was created during spark cluster running.
*Preconditions:*
Custom image for Zeppelin is created when spark cluster is running
*Steps to reproduce:*
# Terminate Zeppelin with spark cluster
# Create Zeppelin from custom image
*Actual result:*
Zeppelin fails with error:
Failed to remove cluster kernels

Apache Zeppelin AMI is created
*Steps to reproduce:*
1. create Apache Zeppelin with larger shape
*Actual result:*
the value of spark.executor.memory is the same as for previously notebook with
smaller shape
*Expected result:*
the value of spark.executor.memory is appropriate with its shape
Summary: [Azure]: Zeppelin creation from custom image fails on removing
cluster kernels (was: [Apache Zeppelin]: Spark.executor.memory should be
allocated depending on notebook instance shape in case of notebook creation
from AMI)
