1. Rstudio is created
*Steps to reproduce:*
1. install 'sparklyr' from r-packages on Rstudio
*Actual result:*
1. sparklyr installation fails
2. sparklyr is not installed on notebook

1. sparklyr installation is successful
2. sparklyr isinstalled on notebook
