2. "Create initial infrastructure" popup is open

# Click 'Upload' button
# Choose public.key with too long name
# Click 'Create' button
*Actual result*:
Public.key is shown beyond of 'Create initial infrastructure' popup.
*Expected result*:
Public.key is not shown in 'Create initial infrastructure' popup.
