Description:
As an admin I want to have more user friendly actions for role management.
1. Add buttons 'Apply' 'Cancel'
2. Remove 'apply' icon from action
3. Remove 'View full billing reports for all user' from 'Roles' drop down list
4. Move 'Allow to execute adminastrative operation' from 'Roles' drop down list
to action grid????
5. Group by shape/template in 'Roles' drop down list
