As an admin I want to choose more one instance for the same action
*Acceptance criteria:*
1. Admin can shoose all or more than one instance for stopping/termination
actions
2. If admin schooses action stopping for selected instances all selected
instances will be stopped
3. If admin schooses action termination for selected instances all selected
instances will be terminated
All instances except for Edge/ Data Engine Service can be stopped or
terminated. Edge node can be only stopped, Data Engine Service can be only
terminated
