Description:
*1.* 'Start' button is not rendered for Edge:
!Start edge after stopping.png!
*2.* If user (not admin) stop his edge confirmation dialog should be for edge
not for notebook. Now it is 'Notebook server will be stopped.'
But should be 'Edge node will be stopped. You will need to start it later to
proceed working with DLAB.' :
