If preemptible nodes is cheked off:
* remove the label 'Preemptible nodes'
* leave the label Preemptible node count
If preemptible nodes is uncheked leave as it is:
* only one label 'Preemptible nodes' is displayed
Do the same as it is implemented for AWS:
