3. If deploy Dataproc v.1.2 - the local kernel SparkR(py2/py3) is not run
succesfully. View 'DP1.2.-Zeppelin-local kernel.png' in attachment. The other
local kernel is run succesfully.

After Dataproc v.1.2 termination the local kernel SparkR is runnsuccesfully.
