1. Zeooelin is created
*Steps to reproduce:*
1. Create Dataproc v.1.2 or v.1.4
*Actual result:*
Dataproc creation fails:
[[email protected]] out: ImportError: ``requests >= 2.18.0`` is required by
the ``google.resumable_media.requests`` subpackage.
It can be installed via
pip install google-resumable-media[requests].
*Expected result:*
Dataproc is created successful
