We have to set tags in free form during Legion model training (like
{{model.set_tag("dataset", "a.csv")}}.
Each training can contain more than one metric. Each metric is a key-value pair
of strings.
This tags should be linked to train metrics (it will be nice if they being
persisted in prometheus as one entity).
