2. Group1 is assigned to a Project1
*Steps to reproduce:*
1. Delete Group1 on 'Roles' page
*Actual result:*
1. User1 is still allowed to create notebook in Project1
*Expected result:*
1. User1 is not allowed to create notebook in Project1
