*Preconditions:*
1. Env is created
2. User1 is logged in DLab
*Steps to reproduce:*
1. Go to 'Role' page
2. Click 'Roles' drop down list
3. Uncheck 'View full billing report for all users' for user1
4. Confirm action
5. Go to 'Billing' page
*Actual result:*
1. 'Environment name' column is present
*Expected result:*
1. 'Environment name' column is absent
