Description:
*Preconditions:*
1. User (not admin) is logged in DLab
*Steps to reproduce:*
1. Go to 'List of Resource' page
*Actual result:*
1. 'Select active project' drop down list is absent
*Expected result:*
# 'Select active project' drop down list is present

2. In 'select active project' should be available for user only assigned his
project. However not it is available all project.
FE should use GET /api/project/me
