*Preconditions:*
1. '$anyuser' group is assigned to Project1
*Steps to reproduce:*
1. Go to 'resources_list' page
2. Click '+ Create new button'
3. Click 'Select project' drop down list
*Actual result:*
1. Project1 ** is absent in drop down list
*Expected result:*
1. Project1 ** is present in drop down list
