Description:
Previously the hadoop-lzo-0.4.20.jar was used during notebook creation.
Now 'hadoop-lzo-0.4.20.jar' is absent in maven repository. And we commented
loading this jar.
Investigate why 'hadoop-lzo-0.4.20.jar' is absent in maven repository and where
it was moved?
