Note: Whimsy generates the roster page directly from source data in various places, including the incubator. So the most likely issue is that some incubator data files need updating.
I *think* what's missing is a dlab.yml file in this directory: https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/public/trunk/content/podlings/ That's where Whimsy looks to find the licensing information - check out the other podlings' .yml files for examples.
