Description:
1. Name of computational resource should not exceed 10 symbols. If name of
computational resource exceeds more than 10 symbols it should be forbidden to
create cluster.
2. Add an error message in case of computational resource name exceeds 10
symbols.

numbers, hyphens and '_' but can not end with special characters.'
