*Preconditions:*
# grp1 is not allowed to create resource1
# grp1 is assigned to a project
# '$anyuser' group is deleted
*Steps to reproduce:*
# User1 clicks '+Create new' button
# Choose available project
# Choose available endpoint
# Click 'Select template' drop dawn list
*Actual result:*
# Resource1 is present in 'Select template' drop dawn list
*Expected result:*
# Resource1 is absent in 'Select template' drop dawn list
