*Steps to reproduce:*
1. Run Jenkins job for SSN termination
*Actual result:*
# SSN termination fails on step of subnets removing (see job termination from
develop (2.3) #418)
# Buckets are still available
*Expected result:*
1. SSN termination is successful
2. Buckets are removed
