Description:
1. When user is located on current tab the 'pen' icon should be displayed.
However the icon displays only during the first visiting the tab. However the
'pen' icon should be displayed during the following visiting as well.
2. Endpoint header should be sticky and does not change a position while
scrolling down (see attachment)
