Description:
1. Resource list page: remove header during Notebook stopping if Data Engine is
terminated
2. (/) Project page: do not convey failed edge node during project termination
3. (/) Project page: if hove the mouse endpoint name arrow-cursor should not
appear
4 .(/) Change hint 'Select endpoint' -> 'Select template' in 'Select template'
drop down list
5. Cloud provider is not defined, so it is impossible to create cluster on
external endpoint
6. Remove 'Create AMI' action for GCP
