Description:
1. (/) DLAB Resource list page: remove header during Notebook stopping if Data
Engine is terminated
2. (/) Project page: do not convey failed edge node during project termination
3. (/) Project page: if hove the mouse endpoint name arrow-cursor should not
appear
4 .(/) Change hint 'Select endpoint' -> 'Select template' in 'Select template'
drop down list
5. (/) Cloud provider is not defined, so it is impossible to create cluster on
external endpoint
6. (/) Remove 'Create AMI' action for GCP
