This bug reproduces for local and external endpoints
*Preconditions:*
# SSN is created in multiple cloud
# notebook is created
*Steps to reproduce:*
1. Install any kind of libs for notebook
*Actual result:*
'Formatted exploratory name ' request is duplicated on list of resources page
*Expected result:*
'Formatted exploratory name ' request is not on list of resources page

This request should appear if open 'Manage libraries' popup

Display 'Close'/'Install' buttons lower.
