*Preconditions:*
1. SSN is created on AWS
2. Project is created for remote endpoint for Azure
3. Project name contains upper case
4. Notebook is created on remote Azure endpoint
*Steps to reproduce:*
1. Go to notebook link
*Actual result:*
1. Notebook link is not open successful
*Expected result:*
1. Notebook link is open successful
