Only one type of kernels work - Local PySpark (Python-2.7 / Spark-2.4.4 ) and
PySpark (Python-2.7 / Spark-2.4.4 ) [vi-gcp-23-03-PAwsGcAz1-azure1-de-sp10].
The other type of kernels is dead.
