Description:
If Super_admin and Project_admin are assigned to one project and project_admin
makes change in group where is Super_admin (for example, add user), after that
administrative operation for all DLab from Super_admin is removed, but it
should be present.
So Project_Admin should not have possibility to alter permissions forĀ
Super_Admin and Project_Admin.
