The bug was found on GCP. I have not checked on the other clouds.
*Preconditions:*
# Environment is created
# Folder name contains Cyrillic in bucket
*Steps to reproduce:*
1. Delete SSN via Jenkins job
*Actual result:*
1. SSN termination fails
*Expected result:*
1. SSN termination is succesful
