*Preconditions:*
# 11 objects are in upload stage via bucket browser
*Steps to reproduce:*
# Delete the object which are in upload stage
# Delete again the object which are in upload stage
*Actual result:*
# The object waiting for upload changes the status to uploading with delay
# It is still forbidden to load new object
Expected result:
# The object waiting for upload changes the status to uploading without delay
# It is allowed to load new object
