Description:
As a user I want to use Grafana, so that I can monitor and troubleshoot the
cluster performance.
*Acceptance criteria:*
# "Grafana" link should be on cluster name popup
# If user clicks on "Grafana" link the window of Grafana metrics dashboard
will be opened in new tab
