Description:
After Playbook running Flight preparation/airbnb it was impossible to restart
kernel and spark cluster termination was stuck (instances were deleted from
cloud console, docker was still in executed status and py3 kernel was still
available in the list).
This bug is reproduced after running AIRBNB data preparation.
