We have case where output of library installation was empty:
* for pip2/pip3/others docker runs with '1' and status remains 'installing'
* for apt/yum the status was 'installation error'
* for r package the status was 'invalid name'
This case was when UI defect
reproducedhttps://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/DLAB-2035 with autocomplete.
But we should show the same status for library installation in the same
conditions.
